Face to Face meetings twice a year

Seeing your Customer Success Manager at least twice a year is essential to your success. In these meetings your account manager will review your campaigns and actions, before offering suggestions, advice and insight into how you can improve. These reviews will incorporate your email marketing strategy, email deliverability, list health, marketing and plenty of insight on how to streamline your operations to drive the best results.

Monthly review of actions

Once a month your Customer Success Manager will schedule a call to review actions from last month. This helps us ensure pace of delivery. It is also the perfect opportunity to raise questions you have with your campaigns and also to gain feedback on how your past campaigns have performed and if there are some quick wins to be had.
