Senior Marketing Manager


We are looking for an awesome, creative, data and results driven Demand Generation marketer to join our successful B2B marketing team. Working with the Marketing Director and the rest of the team, you will be responsible for one of the most crucial functions: demand generation and driving business growth. An exciting opportunity!

You’ll be responsible for owning the whole of the new business marketing funnel and driving the best fit leads through to SQLs.

You’ll be passionate about working with our sales team to deliver target market leads. This will be achieved through planning and executing across all channels including web, email, social, SEO, PPC, trade shows and field events.

You will work cross-functionally with the sales team, ensuring they are working on only the best fit leads. You will use all channels to identify the best companies, and then engage with the right personas driving need. You will develop a scalable and efficient demand generation strategy, build internal processes and develop tracking methodology to show impact.

It is essential that you have a love for numbers and an inquisitive mind to help drive the best results.

Responsibilities and key duties:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the essential metrics are defined and trackable
  • Using data insights, analysis and understanding create a funnel with the defined target market companies
  • Plan, create and optimise campaigns to drive engagement through the funnel
  • Use our marketing platforms to create, manage and optimise the performance of landing pages and content across all web
  • Plan, create and execute (working with sales) both trade shows and field events that help drive demand and leads through the funnel
  • Continuously analyse and report on all measurements, analysing ROI and key metrics

Essential skills and experiences:

  • At least 4years B2B lead generation experience
  • Specialist in SEO, PPC and Website Management
  • Evidence of delivering successful cross-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrate experience in using data to drive thinking
  • Experience using B2B marketing platforms including
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to
    engage at all levels
  • Analytical, innovative and creative thinker
  • Ambitious and have a real drive to succeed

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience working in account-based marketing
  • Copywriting skills
  • Delivering monthly management reports
  • Experience working in the MarTech space
