Senior Internal Support

Support of Pure360’s internal hardware and software ensuring that all are optimised to the needs of the business and ensuring Pure360’s employees have the tools available for them to achieve their best.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Internal desktop management (Windows and Mac)
  • Internal network administration (cabling, router/switch config)
  • Office telephony systems administration
  • VPN management
  • Vmware and Hyper-V
  • Active Directory and Windows Server config and admin
  • Certificate management (renewal/purchase)
  • Office access (alarm system management)
  • Setup of new starters
  • Internal software training (google apps)
  • Hardware purchasing and inventory
  • AWS (VPN and domain control)
  • Backup management
  • Internal systems (SugarCRM, Exchequer)
  • SQL Server administration
  • Mentoring and training junior team members
  • General IT security

Person specification

  • Keen interest in technology
  • Good communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail

Essential skills

  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with Active directory
  • Familiarity with office network management

Desirable skills

  • Familiarity with AWS
