About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal to the success of our business and is responsible for delivering best fit opportunities to drive our sales pipeline.

Primarily you will be nurturing and developing opportunities from leads driven from marketing activity including webinars, events, roundtables and content downloads. However, we also encourage you to use your own strategies and creativity for lead generation.

Your success is crucial which is why we ensure you will get a thorough on-boarding and a long term training programme.

How you’ll succeed

  • Generate demand for and nurturing new business revenue opportunities, helping to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Pitch our marketing technology solution and represent our company culture and values to target market prospects
  • Working with the wider sales team, develop territory strategy and action plan consistent with Pure360 sales strategy
  • Test and iterate messaging, working with the sales and marketing teams
  • Develop and nurture relationships with decision makers at target accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and demonstrate how our solution can assist them achieve their business objectives.
  • Provide detailed and accurate opportunity pipeline forecasting

Essential skills

  • Positive attitude with a passion for innovative digital marketing technology
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to converse with different levels of technical capability. The ability to influence and inspire confidence.
  • A natural people person
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with strong attention to details. Understanding of Sugar CRM or equivalent.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Desirable skills

  • 1+ years’ experience selling digital marketing SaaS solutions
  • A love of learning, the ability to learn on the job and pursue self-directed professional development
  • A great sense of humour! While we work hard, we have a great time while we do it.

Education level

Minimum level 3 qualification

Remuneration

£30k+ plus lucrative commission scheme

25 days holiday rising to 30 days, plus public holidays and a day off on your birthday, contributory pension scheme, free health cash plan, discounted gym membership

Location

We provide a flexible hybrid working environment (home working or office based – Brighton and Guildford)
