Junior Technical Services Consultant
We are expanding our Technical Services Team and are seeking either a junior or a mid level colleague to help us in our daily adventures, from the technical end of customer support, to creating and implementing our automated integrations as well as contributing to process, tools and efficiency improvements. You will also help maintain & share the contents of our ever growing knowledge systems, to further improve how we can support our customers faster and help colleagues improve their knowledge independently.
Key duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for delivering high quality technical support and services in a timely manner. If you are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, know your way around using & even supporting web apps and enjoys the challenges this style of role offers, then we’d love to hear from you.
Minimum level 2 qualification / 4 years experience
Salary band £24,872 – £28,603
25 days holiday rising to 30 days, plus public holidays and a day off on your birthday, contributory pension scheme, free health cash plan, discounted gym membership
