Accounts Administration Assistant
To support the accurate and timely recording of sales transactions and purchase transactions in the accounting system, and to ensure that customer’s and supplier’s accounts are created, maintained and updated with the services and products which they have ordered in a timely manner.
The post holder will have a sound understanding of both purchase and sales ledger processes, systems and procedures. They will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers is a key requirement in this role.
