Support Specialist

Working as part of our Customer experience team, you will be working to help our clients make the most of all the features of our digital marketing platform.

You will grow to be one of our in house platform heroes, understanding all aspects of the software.

This team work closely with the professional services, account management and sales team to provide the very best customer support to our clients.

Managed Services Executive

You’ll be working as part of the Professional Services team to deliver Pure360 services to a high standard to delight our customers.

You will have knowledge of email and SMS marketing methods that can help our customers achieve the best results and be able to apply this knowledge to a variety of different brands and types of businesses through the services you offer.

Company Events

We run a number of internal events throughout the year, including:

  • Commercial kick offs

Our most recent event was our Sales & Marketing Kick Off for FY18. Held at the i360 in Brighton, it brought our commercial and marketing teams together to present our vision for the year ahead.

It was great for us all to pull together, share success and get a clear vision of where the business is heading.
I particularly enjoyed the workshops where we could come up with innovative ways to grow our business and wow our customers at the same time!
Great session, really good to get everyone out of the office together, say hello properly to the new starters, and start the new year on a really positive note!
