Pure360 will continue to be the product that you use currently, with many new features and capabilities already planned for 2022 and beyond.
Will we continue to work with the Pure360 team?
Yes. The plan is for operations to carry on as usual, with our expert teams continuing to support you as they have done for the foreseeable future.
What changes can I expect as a customer over the next few months?
We do not expect very much to change at all in the short term. You will begin to see the incorporation of the Spotler Group branding as we integrate. However your experience with the product or our teams will not be affected.
Are there any actions that I need to take as a customer?
You do not need to do anything. Your experience with Pure360, how you use the platform, and how you are currently supported by us will remain the same for the foreseeable future. We are very excited for the possibilities ahead and am confident there will be many benefits for everyone.
