Please tell us about your business

UNIT9 is an Advertising Production Company, who recently won AdAge production company of the year 2019. We help global and local brands and agencies express their unique voices through innovative digital, experiential and film based advertising campaigns.

What in marketing or business inspired you this year?

The massive growing trend of wellness. Very much the advertising of the past has been built around anxiety, the fear of missing out or not having. Whereas now our audiences are much more confident and focused on personal wellbeing.

What should marketers be focussing on in 2020?

Connecting with audiences through an emotional bridge. Because the emotional connection is much stronger than pure customer satisfaction.

If you could give a tip to aspiring marketers what would that be?

Physical stores are becoming the new arcade. Window shopping is now happening online. People need an excuse to go into physical stores or even step out of their homes. Retail spaces are transforming into immersive experiences.
