All your initial training is part of your package so there are no extra costs. Pure360 customers receive training tailored to their package using proven techniques including training videos, telephone Q&A & two-stage online sessions (although customers are welcome to visit us for face to face at no extra cost).
Lite 
We’ll provide training videos and then a 20min after care call to answer any additional questions you have.
Pro 
Part 1: Full system training on all functions of the system. Including...
- Navigating around your account
- Uploading a contact list and managing your data
- Using the message editor, including VE, open rate tools, testing & tracking
- Automations
- Scheduling a campaign
Look at recent campaign reports with advice on analysing results plus Q&A - anything that has come up since first training session and running first live campaign.
Expert 
As Pro but with a longer Part 2 to go through in-depth advanced reporting and functionality.
