But the delivery system Corpdata was using for its email marketing service was unreliable, it offered limited tracking and reporting and technical support was poor.
The Corpdata Team recognised that their clients were not receiving the usual quality of service and results they had come to expect from other Corpdata services, and after looking at proposals from a range of leading email marketing system suppliers, they contacted Pure.
Solution
Pure provided Corpdata with far superior delivery system which was able to send emails to multiple recipients quickly and accurately, resulting in considerably fewer emails bouncing or being treated as spam.
This meant that emails that Corpdata sent on its on behalf and for clients had higher click through rates and responses from recipients - which led to more sales.
