What are they?

Once your email is translated and supplied to Pure, the language module will display your email in the correct character set for the language. The language module will also provide 'unsubscribe' and 'send to a friend' options in the appropriate language.

Once the email is translated, the Pure language modules will display the email in the correct character set. These character sets ensure that the email is not filtered into the junk folder but recognised as a legitimate email conforming to the correct character set.

By not using the correct character sets in an email, the sender runs the risk of their emails being delivered into the junk folder. The language modules generate translations for 'unsubscribe' and 'send to a friend' options meaning that all emails sent through using our language modules abide by the EU data directive which dictates that the unsubscribe link must be in the language of the recipient.
