What is it?
Contact Frequency Limiter allows you to prevent people on your lists being sent multiple messages within a short period of time.
Who benefits from it?
Anyone who needs to run a busy and high-frequency email marketing strategy without having to worry about the risk of bombarding recipients with messages that might lead them to unsubscribe.
Why should I use it?
If you use large amounts of data, multiple lists and manage a high number of campaigns, there's a risk that some recipients will receive more messages than they'd like.
This could prove frustrating and may result in people unsubscribing or marking you as spam. In a worst-case scenario you may be identified as a sender of spam and all your messages blocked across that customer's email provider.
CFL lets you set the number of times an individual can be contacted within a chosen period of time and, should you exceed that limit, the number of days that need to elapse before another message is sent out.
