Sending emails through the eSales module in PureResponse makes it possible to track whether the recipient has opened the mail or viewed any links – giving the salesperson much more feedback to follow-up the enquiry.

The new eSales features now allow users to set up email templates for different products, services or target markets with full corporate branding – and each can be easily customised and personalised before being sent out.
The system also helps to streamline and improve internal sales procedures. Sales managers can swiftly collate the actions of their sales teams to find out who has sent what to whom – and the response they got.

Therefore we initially we developed eSales as an easy way to send and track our electronic brochure which, in turn, linked to our website.”
