To make your life easier we have already plugged into the following popular systems:
Google Analytics
This enables you to see in your Analytics which email marketing campaign gave you the most conversions but also see email as a proportion of your total traffic – pretty useful when deciding where to invest future resources (NB. we think it should be email).
Microsoft CRM, Sage ACT! & SalesForce.com
So you’d like to build campaigns in your CRM then push them into PureResponse? No problem.
How about seeing email activity alongside all your other history per contact? OK, we can do that too.
For this to work you need to be running particular versions of these CRM’s so talk to your account manager to confirm.
FastStats
These guys do some super smart things with data, if you already use this bit of kit you need to know that we are the only ESP who is fully integrated with them.
This means that you can run adhoc queries then push them directly into your account, or setup recurring data pushes using their cascade module. The really great part is that we feed back ALL the reporting information into your database so you can run even more complex queries involving email activity data and make even smarter marketing decisions than you were before.
We’re using something else
Don’t worry - many of our clients are like you, they have either built or customised their own systems, or use less mainstream CRMs. We’ve worked with loads of customers to plug in our email marketing software to their systems - our record is two hours from us switching on their account to having the “link” passing data back and forth.
