MediaVest Leeds integrate email marketing with Sage CRM

MediaVest Leeds are an award winning integrated media planning and buying agency, their online marketing manager James Bagan, tells us about how they use email marketing for their own campaigns.

Knowing their customers and prospects

MediaVest send regular newsletter and promotional emails to their clients and potential clients. Before they integrated PureResponse with their CRM system, it was a constant chore to update manually in their CRM system what emails their clients and prospects were responding to.

How does it work?

When MediaVest send their email marketing campaigns in PureResponse, click notifications (which are set up on their account) feed into their Sage ACT system and are stored as notes on the file the email address that triggered the click notification, is linked to. Click notifications are messages that are triggered when respondents click through to a link in an email campaign, if they opt out or the email bounces. This means that MediaVest can see quickly, and in one place, client and prospect interactions with their email campaigns, without having to log in and out of systems.
