London Clubs International - Using SMS marketing so members don't miss out

There are a number of ways London Clubs International use SMS marketing to communicate with each casino company’s members. For example, all individual casinos have a calendar of events that run over the course of each year. For every event that takes place members will receive a message approximately 3 weeks before the event itself. Here’s an example:

The message also contains lots of concise information about what’s going. Rather cleverly, the opt out text is ‘REWARDS STOP.’ The text emphasises that this is a special offer so the likelihood is that members are less likely to disengage. But if they do decide that’s what they want to do their SMS marketing software will automatically update their details in the database.
After this initial message the clever marketers at London Clubs International follow up with another message a week or so before, or sometimes on the day itself, to remind members the event is taking place.
“Free draw tonight at 11pm to win £2011! It could be you! gambleaware.co.uk 2stop txt2 84433: REWARDS STOP”
SMS marketing also works alongside London Clubs Internationals’ offline marketing channels too. For example one of the venues may feature a poster with the message ‘Text in your number to receive 50% discount on a fabulous meal for two.’ By opting to use Pure360’s SMS Interact service, London Clubs International ensures that when a customer texts in their details they are automatically uploaded to the marketing list in the PureResponse system for use in future promotions.
