Software Trainer/Account Manager
We are looking for a software trainer and account manager for the Customer Service team. You will drive the growth of the business by maximising retention, customer revenue and referrals through delivering a world class training service and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions tailored to the clients needs and expertise, this will be either via web conferencing software or face to face
• Deliver training for staff internally where required.
• Use customer feedback process to identify areas of improvement.
• Suggest and develop tools and materials to improve the training experience for our customers
• Work with the sales team to assist with pre-sales consultancy and training.
• Managing the training calendar
• Build strong customer relationships with a solid welcome process.
• Ensure all account management & training calls are recorded in our CRM system
• Provide consultancy to customers on email marketing strategy and account usage
• Help improve customer revenue by increasing the number of customer referrals
• Liaising with the Marketing team, help create case studies and customer testimonials by identifying satisfied customers and recording all positive feedback
• Support the overall team objectives and dynamic structure by working with your manager to identify training needs and sharing knowledge, and supporting your colleagues in their tasks
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Experience of supporting software products in a customer service role
• A professional telephone manner and writing skills
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive customer relationship management experience and problem-solving skills
• Good general IT skills
Desirable:
• Experience of digital marketing
• Experience in delivering online or classroom training.

• Strong rapport-building, listening and communication skills
• Confident and proactive at managing client relationships at all levels
• Ability to understand how your role relates to the overall goals of the business
• A fast learner, ability to absorb and apply complex information
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
