Following the fantastic news this week that innocent will be using Pure360 as it starts its email marketing activity across Europe, I thought I’d write a blog about innocent’s email welcome campaign as it’s rather good.
Although innocent’s email newsletter sign up sits at the bottom of the website the purple font really stands out from the rest of the homepage. It doesn’t mess around, the text just tells me plain and simple what I can expect if I sign up; a weekly newsletter from them. They’re managing my expectations well by telling me about the frequency of the emails they will send to me.
Once I’ve submitted my details for the newsletter this message immediately appears on site. It tells me:
All I have to do now is wait for my confirmation email...
Moments later this email drops into my inbox. The welcome email tells me what day I’ll receive my weekly newsletter on and also has links to their other communication channels such as Twitter and Facebook.
