and services for more years than might seem interesting to mention - culminating with significant high
level knowledge of e-commerce, internet marketing, and CRM within the UK and on a pan-European level.
Along with significant experience in email and multi-channel marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns
Robin also has a unique ability to translate even the most complex web consultancy psycho-babble
into meaningful English – “often creating a new paradigm in customer centricity”.
Robin is first and foremost a salesman, but with a grounding from the early, tough days of dot-commery, he has a
long held belief in the power of technology to improve business performance and has lectured on
Digital Marketing, CRM, and the 21st Century Consumer.
Robin views email as the primary business tool to engage and inspire action in prospects and customers, gained from innovative projects for some of the world’s largest brands.
