Richard Perryman / Senior Customer Accounts & Training Executive
Richard started his career in 1993 working in the financial sector for a major bank. He worked on various roles within banking during a period of 11 years. They ranged from working in Debt Recovery and Insolvency to Personnel and then finally, Analysis and Reporting of Management Statistics for over 1000 people throughout the country.
Throughout Richard's career he has worked with a variety of computer programs and systems such as Debt Manager - AS400 system, FDRL, Oracle query builder, Lucent, SAP and Microsoft products. He was responsible for building and interrogating databases and spreadsheets that were to be used in many different areas within the banking sector.
With a very good understanding of working within a rapidly expanding company he has joined the team at Pure, bringing with him a vast knowledge of administration and support work, and a good eye for detail. He will continue to improve processes that enhance the already outstanding service provided by Pure.
