Benedict came to Pure from a background in telephone fundraising for charity, and brings his knowledge of psychology to the company.
He has worked in a variety of challenging environments in the past including complaints at Tottenham Jobcentre, managing Starbucks and life insurance telesales and so excels in customer service and aims to rise swiftly to world domination via email marketing thanks to Pure.
He is the office hippy vegetarian, and enjoys spinning fire staff, reading sci-fi and watching Buffy. He looks like a cross between Spike and Giles and his middle name is Quantum.
