Andy heads up the Customer Accounts Department which proactively supports and consults Pure's ever growing customer base.

Within his first year with the company there was very little Andy didn't know about how to get email delivered from creative tricks, email content and the nature of spam filters all the way to ISP reputation. Here at Pure Towers this has earned Andy the nickname of 'Captain Inbox'.

Andy has over 5 years sales and customer service experience as well an honours degree in Business Software Development and a diploma in Web Programming.

Andy also manages a Sunday football team where he is known as 4p? No-one knows if he is any good but he is often seen hobbling painfully into work on a Monday morning.

With his advanced understanding of web applications and his customer service experience, Andy is the ideal person to help Pure's customers get the best out of their account and advance their own email marketing strategies.
